The team partners with Mary and Tian, experts from the Audit Research Center, to uncover the tools and strategies needed to drive innovation and resilience.

Experience their challenges firsthand: from navigating initial skepticism among middle management to implementing agile sprints, Kanban boards, and feedback loops. Work alongside the team as they form an Agile Steering Committee, tackle real-world scenarios, and develop practical solutions for creating flexible and impactful audit processes. Through collaboration, creative problem-solving, and strategic execution, help the Castello team set a new standard in internal auditing and master the principles of agile auditing.

The training DYNAMIC AUDITING is currently available in the following languages: English, German, French, Spanish.

The developed game-based learning method is a combination of 3 elements:
