Gamification Storyline: SILVER is a serious business game about goal focus. In it you learn how to bring your daily professional activities or projects to a successful completion. In this gamified training, participants join the three adventurers Peter, Will and John. The senior team is in search of Captain Silver’s pirate treasure.
Belle as a coach helps the three treasure hunters to concentrate bit by bit on clear goals and implementation actions. This brings them closer and closer to the treasure, but the pirate Bob is also looking for the legendary treasure and is ready to resort to any means.
