Gamification Storyline: In this Serious Business Game Training you take on the role of Damián who is part of a group of maintenance technicians assigned to an important and innovative wind energy project. The team has been working on the station for six months and the daily friction has left its mark on them.
When a series of unexpected events threatens both the project and the lives of the group members, learning how to build and strengthen trust among themselves becomes crucial. The project’s success as well as their survival will hinge on the team’s ability to overcome those tensions and build a foundation of trust.
Alongside Damián learn how to build and strengthen trust and lead Damián and his team to success.

The training Desdemona is currently available in the following languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Polish.

The developed game-based learning method is a combination of 3 elements:

  • High quality content equivalent to a two-day on-site course, with a strong practical focus that is useful and directly applicable to the work
  • The use of gamification techniques in terms of story telling, ranking motivation, scoring, different learning and game levels, and incentives through recognition and awards. This makes the training a motivating and exciting learning experience. This directly promotes the intrinsic motivation to learn on your and your employees’ side.
